Two ways to get your order: pick it up at our address, or have a courier service bring it. Everything is handed over frozen in thermal packaging — put it in the freezer right away.

You can place an order on the site any day — we will contact you to confirm it and arrange the dispatch.
Pickup
Pick up your order at: Tbilisi, 13 Tevdore Mgvdeli St (5 min from Station Square metro). Please arrange the pickup time in advance.

We work with third-party courier services — Wolt, Glovo, Yandex. There are two ways to arrange it: we order the courier for you and dispatch the order with them, or you send your own courier to our address and we dispatch it there. The courier cost is not part of the order total: it is calculated at dispatch and settled directly with the courier service, or added to the order total if we are the ones ordering the courier.
Payment
Payment for the order — bank transfer, or cash on pickup.
How it works
Storage after delivery
Put frozen diets in the freezer immediately after receiving. Frozen food keeps up to 6 months. Store dried treats at room temperature in sealed packaging.

Who orders the courier?
Either of us. We can order a courier for you and hand the order over, or you can send your own courier to our address — just tell us when to expect them.
Who pays for the courier?
You pay the courier service directly, or we add the courier cost to the order total if we order it ourselves. It is not part of the order total up front — it is calculated at dispatch and depends on the service and the distance.
