When we accept returns

We accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The delivered product does not match your order.
• There are quality or freshness concerns.

Timeframe

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Later requests may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

Replacements

If a product arrived damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we offer a full refund.

What we cannot accept

• Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored.
• Products purchased through third parties.
• Returns requested more than 24 hours after delivery.
